Restore

Restore system settings from a backup file.
Warning: During restoration, all user sessions are terminated, recording stops, and both the server and client restart.

To restore the system

  1. Click Settings > Backup and restore.
  2. Select the desired backup file from the list and click Restore.
    • To restore from a separately saved file, click Restore from a file and select the backup file (.bbu).
  3. In the Restore from backup window, enter the backup file password.
  4. Verify version compatibility. Restoration is possible only when the major, minor, and patch versions match.
  5. For clustered systems, map the backup server to the target server.
    • If IP addresses match, mapping is automatic. If not, map servers manually.
    • Monitor restoration progress in real time.
  6. When restoration completes, the login screen appears.
    Note: If restoration fails, the system automatically rolls back to the previous state.
