Installing the client
Download and install the BLAZE client on your PC, then configure the settings required to run BLAZE.
System requirements
Check the system requirements before installing. Requirements vary depending on the number of monitored devices. If the minimum specifications are not met, BLAZE may not function properly.
Supported operating systems
- Microsoft Windows (x86_64): Windows 10 (version 1809 or later), Windows 11
- Apple macOS (x86_64, arm64): macOS

Note:
System requirements are based on the following:
- A supported 64-bit operating system
- 64 channels of live monitoring in a single layout
- Video output to a secondary stream (H.264, 640x360, 7 fps, 512 kbps)
Installing the client
Run the installation program to install the client. Installation time may vary depending on the environment.
Note: Download the client installation program from the BLAZE product information page on the Hanwha Vision website.
Windows N edition
Windows N edition users must install the Media Feature Pack to enable media features. After installing, restart the system.
- Windows 10 N
- Path: Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Optional features > Add a feature
- Select Media Feature Pack from the list and install it.
- Windows 11 N
- Path: Start > Settings > Apps > Optional features
- Click Add an optional feature, click View features, and select Media Feature Pack from the list to install it.
