Monitoring events in real-time

Receive real-time push notifications for events occurring on devices connected to BLAZE. Even when not actively monitoring in real-time on the mobile client, a notification banner appears at the top of the mobile device when an event occurs. Tap the banner to immediately view the corresponding event.

To receive push notifications, set Send mobile notifications in the event rules. These notifications are only available to cloud account users. When multiple systems are connected to a cloud account, push notifications from System B are available while logged into System A.
Note:
  • To receive push notifications on your mobile client, you must be logged into your cloud account to remotely connect to the system. You will not receive push notifications if you are logged out of the cloud.
  • After setting Send mobile notifications in the event rules, set up push notification settings on the mobile client. For more detailed instructions, see Mobile client settings.
  • It may take a few seconds to receive push notifications after the event occurs.

To monitor videos in real time

  1. Tap the notification banner at the top of your mobile device.
  2. The selected event video will play on the device's video playback panel.
