Intercom

An intercom camera is a device that integrates 2-way audio communication, enabling video calls with visitors and remote access control.

In BLAZE, make real-time video calls with visitors and remotely control doors using an intercom camera. When you register an intercom camera in BLAZE, a Call Request event rule is automatically created to monitor events and keep records.

Use intercom cameras in BLAZE to perform the following functions.

Send and receive intercom calls
Remote door control
Simultaneous broadcast to remote speakers at multiple locations
Locate and use intercoms on map images
Monitor intercom-related events
