Monitoring intercom events

When an intercom camera is registered to BLAZE, a Call request event rule is automatically added. Modify the Call request event rule and monitor event occurrences.

Call request event rule

The Call request event rule that is automatically added when registering an intercom camera to BLAZE is as follows. (The Call request event rule can be viewed in Settings > Rules.)

  • When: Incoming call
    • Clicking All devices shows only intercom cameras among registered devices. Select the desired intercom camera.
  • Do: Show call notification
    • Select users: Selecting All users displays all registered users. Choose which users will receive call notifications.
    • Automatically open notification panel: If this option is selected, the notification panel automatically opens and notifies when a Call request event occurs. The Call request event is always positioned at the top of the notification panel.
    • Play sound in client: If this option is selected, a sound plays when a Call request event occurs.

Event list

Call-related events can be viewed in the event panel. All call-related events are shown as Call request in the Rule column, and detailed event information is recorded in the Description column as follows.

  • Incoming call: When a visitor presses the call button
  • Call accepted: When a specific operator accepts the call
