LDAP

LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) is a directory service that stores and retrieves user, file, or device information in a tree structure over a network, and is used when centrally managing specific data in bulk. BLAZE can be connected to various LDAP servers such as Active Directory and OpenLDAP. Additionally, by configuring SSL/TLS (LDAPS) settings on both the LDAP server and BLAZE, LDAP communication can be encrypted to enhance security.

When the information in the LDAP server synchronizes with the BLAZE VMS user database, the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature enables logging in to the client using the username and password registered in LDAP. If the user groups configured in the LDAP server have the same names as the roles in BLAZE, they are automatically mapped, enabling efficient management.
