Managing a map

The Maps tab provides an alternative way to monitor the system. Upload a map to create a digital representation of the system installation with devices placed accurately on it. Click a device on the map to quickly navigate to or monitor that device. Move between sections, layouts, and floors of the system quickly and easily.

The Maps tab has two modes controlled by the mode switch toggle in the navigation bar. In view mode, monitor maps and devices; in edit mode, create and update maps.

Note: Only users with an Administrator role can create, modify, and delete maps.
